A legal disclaimer

Each piece of pottery is handmade by myself. Although all mugs are made in the likeness of the photos shown for consistency, sizes, shape and colour may vary slightly. 
 

The body of each mug is thrown using 24 oz of stoneware clay, however, factors such as throwing technique and trimming can affect the overall size of the mug. 
 

Refunds are only granted due to defect. For example a chip, scrape or hairline fracture has occurred. This must be reported within 48 hours of dispatch. In this instance a full refund or replacement item will be given at the discretion of the customer.
